    We had a wonderful experience working with Greg to buy a commercial backpack leaf blower (Stihl BR800 CE) for our yard. We have around 1.5 acres with lots of trees. Greg spent a lot of time with me both on the phone and then in person patiently answering my questions. He helped me select the right product for our property and then gave me a demo on how to use it before I took it home and made sure I felt comfortable understanding how to operate and maintain the blower. I think this is more than most stores would do since I imagine this was a relatively small purchase compared to the more expensive yard and commercial equipment they sell. We look forward to working with Greg on future purchases for our property.

    Apparently Wolverine Rental hires people who don’t know how to drive trucks. One of their drivers completely ignored basic road safety and cut through a roundabout like it was his personal racetrack. If not for my car’s collision avoidance system reacting faster than he did, it could have ended in a serious accident. If this is the level of training and awareness they allow on the road, I’d think twice before renting from or trusting this company with any vehicle.

    I have purchased three different pieces of Kubota equipment from Wolverine in the past two years. Their knowledge of the equipment, together with fair and reasonable pricing, made the purchase straightforward and easy, and their recommendations for configuring the equipment for my intended use was invaluable. There was no upsell and everything was handled in a thorough and professional manner. Their delivery of the equipment was prompt, and subsequent service has been exceptional. In my opinion. Manager James Ousnamer and parts manager Greg have been a pleasure to deal with.
