He was a great guy, very personable and knowledgeable. We saved almost $300 compared with the prices of our former oil company. I feel we made an excellent choice to switch companies. Highly recommend!

- JDJim DoyleDec 22, 20255.0I ran out of oil today. Our house was cold the Monday before Christmas. I ordered a fill-up that was going to be delivered by Friday. I called in to ask if there was an expedite fee that I could pay to rush the delivery. The friendly person who answered the phone explained that there wasn't but they could put a note on the order explaining the situation and with a bit of luck there may be a driver who can make the delivery sooner, but they could not guarantee it would happen. Exceeding all expectations, the delivery was made within a few hours of the order. The driver was so professional and polite. After filling the tank, he offered to prime and start the furnace. Although I did not need it, I'm sure many people do. It was like Santa visited early. I've used Heatable for several years. The Heatable team has always done an amazing job.
