woke up at 2 am monday morning freezing. Searched for delivery at 2:10 am and heatable came up. Opened the site and ordering seemed almost too simple but what the hell. Delivered 8 am tuesday. Couldn't believe how easy, smooth the entire process was

Heatable has never failed to deliver as promised. And sometimes even sooner. My tank is a bit off with the float, so I order what I think I need, they deliver what they can, and I'm not charged until delivery is complete. I won't use anyone else.

Have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Was NOT notified they pulled out of Brewer Maine.
( they claim to have notified customers this summer through email that they were pulling out due to lack of customers..) asked if they could produce an email and they could not. So I asked if they were still owned by dead river and was told they were indeed. Great wouldnโt it make sense to turn me over to dead river? The response was. No a lot of customers donโt like dead river, so your free to choose who you like ๐ imagine giving that answer to the company who pays your paycheck. You need your tank ID tag back? ๐ you earned the review you got ๐
