Rodney picked it up Wednesday and they busted their buns to get it fixed and back to me today. I can’t express how thankful I am for all of the crew at South Shore Tractor. I highly recommend them for all tractor needs and service. Above and beyond. Best Customer Service!!!

She called back the next day, knowing full well I wouldn't be doing business with them, and provided me with lots of information that would help me resolve the problem. Wow! You don't see that very often. I will surely do business with them if the need arises in the future!
- MCMichael CerretoNov 4, 20171.0To bring my Toro rider lawn mower into good condition, since they don't normally handle that brand, they made me buy all of the required parts and bring them to them. Then they mistakenly told me that the blades that I bought would not fit, which turned out to be untrue, I had to buy more blades. They did not improve the way the mower cuts the grass on one side. A year later the belt failed (one year?), turns out they should have replaced the idler pulleys. I bought the parts and fixed that myself. Now the mower cuts as it should. These guys were not much help and they were expensive.
