The temperature in the house was 57 so it was starting to get very cold! I noticed that they were customers of Murphy Fuel and I called them around 5:30pm on a Saturday. They were at the house within 20 minutes! Tim Murphy, the owner of the company, worked until 10:45pm to fix the problem! We were all very grateful to have heat and hot water again! I was very impressed with their customer service, the fast response time, and dedication that Tim has for his customers!
