Customer service folks are equally pleasant and almost always answer the phone when I call for fuel. I have also used the internet to order fuel and the truck always comes soon thereafter. This biofuel saves me money too. The oil burner does not need as much servicing but I can be sure that it will work simply because the bio fuel is so clean burning.
