  G. Cronin & Sons has been our heating oil supplier since 1987 and I couldn't be happier. In fact, when my daughter and her husband bought a home in Norfolk last year, one of my first recommendations to her was to switch to Cronin for heating oil and maintenance services and they have been very pleased. Since purchasing our home, the G. Cronin & Sons has replaced our boiler and storage tank and done a great job maintaining our equipment. Should we encounter an unexpected issue they are very responsive. If working with a locally owned and operated family business is important to you, give this firm a call.

  When we moved to Norfolk, the prior owner used Howie Oil in Millis and we continued to get our oil and service from them. They were a family-run company and we got great service from them. When they got older and retired, they sold the business to Jamie Oil . Things really went downhill from there. They were nonresponsive and couldn’t fix things the first or second time and wanted to charge for what they didn’t fix. We switched to Cronin and that was the best move we ever made. Cronin was even better than Howie. On the first service visit they replaced a bunch of stuff as part of our service package and our system has run quitter and more efficiently for many years. It is a family run company; second generation management and third and generation involvement. They fix things before they break, answer the phone in the middle of a cold winter night and come right out and fix it the first time. We are so glad we switched to Cronin Oil and recommend them to anyone moving into town. The most important issue for your Oil company is being there on a cold winter night when you need to get your heat back up and running or better yet is keeping your heating system in great condition so it won't let you down in the middle of a cold winter night.

  We moved to Wrentham in 1979 and soon after started receiving oil and burner services from G Cronin. We have not waivered to leaving Cronin because the business is very friendly, professional and caring. George is great, Mike is Great do not know who young John's dad is but he and his mom did a great job. The office manager, I just cannot seem to remember her name but always friendly, courteous and caring about a problem we may have. They come right out, no matter what time of day or night with the littlest delay to remedy any issue. You may be able to buy oil at a lower price somewhere else but not the SERVICE or the family and it would not be worth the difference. Use Cronin Peter
