Our home recently burned down and they were so empathetic and sincere in what they can do for us. The teams communication with each other and us was great , we always had an open communication and we could always reach them when we had a question. They made great recommendations and the process was easy and fun. The team specifically kept us in a positive mind set reminding us of how even though we lost everything in the fire, we would have a beautiful new home at the end of it all. This helped us mentally as losing everything isn't easy. Mod Tech is not only professional but they care and that's very important to us.
