The technicians Steve, Mark and Mike were true professionals, both well mannered and experts in their field of work. Said technicians came to my address upon specific time agreed and immediately gone about removing my old unit and replacing it with an energy efficient one, installing also a new carbon monoxide alarm alongside the new unit. They have gone in great detail explaining essential information not only on how the new unit works but also about warranties as well as future servicing of the German made Buderus unit. Lastly they did a thorough inspection of the work done prior to leaving and I couldn’t be happier with the level of expertise and professionalism displayed. I highly recommend Kaeble Oil, Inc. and their miracle workers Steve, Mark and Mike for I am not freezing any more! Thank you for your service!
