  I went to this location on March 12th and I’ve never been met with such rude staff before. The location I usually go to always has incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind employees. the employee that I spoke to was the biggest contrarian I’ve ever met and was quite condescending. I will not be visiting this location again because I feel uncomfortable and belittled after my first (and now last) experience.

  Rude staff. I won’t say their name out of my pure kindness, but they were talking like they were holier than thou when it came to knowledge about Dr. Martens. I was asking simple questions only to be belittled by an employee. Could be because it was 11am on New Year’s Day, which I do get.

  I exchanged a pair of the made in England Docs today and was helped by River. It’s a dumb story but I had questions and she was great in helping me find the best replacement. I greatly appreciated the help and it was quick and pleasant experience.

  This was the first time that I have ever purchased a pair of Dr. Martins and I have to say this was the best experiences I have had while purchasing a pair of shoes. Everyone was really helpful with guiding me on what size I should get and what I should expect when wearing them in. The most helpful individuals that were there in the store assisting me were Raena, Megan, and Eli they were extremely helpful, kind, and insightful. I would recommend anyone that I know if they are purchasing any Dr. Martens for them to go to this location and as well as a potential salary increase for they effects on being knowledgeable on the products at hand. 10/10

  I have owned a pair of 1460's for years, and they never felt comfortable. Not ready to give up on Docs, my girlfriend wanted to buy me a pair for my birthday. River set aside a bunch of time to help my girlfriend and I try on A LOT of shoes. I was interested in a pair from the Made in England range. She suggested I go up a size, since I'm normally a half size, and so far the shoes have been awesome. Even though I'm breaking them in, these are so much more comfortable. She answered all of my questions, gave me tons of good info, and even treated the shoes with some Balsam Wax before we went out the door. 10/10, super happy with the purchase and the assistance we got.
