  Spoke with one of the Team Members named Zack—amazing guy, ‘told me what I need to know about a certain products and gave me a run down on seasonal lineups. I called in for Carlson Suede Mules and told me they could potentially come back since they’re seasonal. He offered me alternatives that work just great and overall, such a great experience.   mom got another pair of docs and I joined the club a few weeks ago. Employees are very nice and helpful.

  I went to this location on March 12th and I’ve never been met with such rude staff before. The location I usually go to always has incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind employees. the employee that I spoke to was the biggest contrarian I’ve ever met and was quite condescending. I will not be visiting this location again because I feel uncomfortable and belittled after my first (and now last) experience.

  Rude staff. I won’t say their name out of my pure kindness, but they were talking like they were holier than thou when it came to knowledge about Dr. Martens. I was asking simple questions only to be belittled by an employee. Could be because it was 11am on New Year’s Day, which I do get.

  I exchanged a pair of the made in England Docs today and was helped by River. It’s a dumb story but I had questions and she was great in helping me find the best replacement. I greatly appreciated the help and it was quick and pleasant experience.
