  I am completely satisfied with the service that I received today for my furnace issue. Paul arrived at my house within an hour of my call. He was very professional and polite. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly. I appreciate that he took the time to explain to me what the problem was as well as the corrective steps that he took to resolve the problem. Thank you!

  Paul Morrisette serviced my oil burner on February 17, 2026. He arrived on time with a trainee. They did the work quietly and efficiently. The work area was left clean of any work - related material. I'm very pleased with the service.

  I recently got my oil delivery from Bill T and I didn't shovel a path to the backyard. It was right after the big snowstorm where we got 19 inches. I was taking care of my infant son while working and in a meeting so I couldn't even step outside to apologize! I expected the truck to turn around and leave, but not Bill! Bill didn't even blink at all that snow. He just hopped out and waded across the yard and filled the tank up so we would be warm. I can't thank him enough and still, every time I look out the window I see the path Bill had to forge for himself and it makes me glad that we are well taken care of by Jaime Oil!
