- AWAaron WheelerSep 9, 20251.0While I have never had any trouble with the actual gas or tank or drivers or any other aspect, I have decided to take my business elsewhere next season due solely to poor customer service from the office staff. I always try to be as friendly as possible but it's always met with interruptions, hasty responses and the feeling that Im bothering them. It's to the point where I will put off calling to the last minute to avoid dealing with it.

- ACAllen CrossDec 28, 20221.0Made a credit card payment by phone that was never recorded by them. Their website does not allow payments to be made but i am going to try again in a few minutes. I was charge $4.60 a gallon on 12/19/22. I checked Tractor Supply and it was $4 a gallon. I reviewed a Department of Energy website that showed the average price in KY for this week was $2.52 a gallon. When i called to question the pricing, i was told "Well, that's our price." so long story short, i will be researching a new propane supplier this summer
- CHCalvin HoltMar 3, 20181.0Horrible service for a rural area, If you need a fill due to an empty tank don't expect swift service, even if you call for an emergency fill which is basically a voicemail left at the local office for them to get during normal business hours. Expect 2-5 days even in the dead of winter. The local office will only respond via banking ours, and their first question is always are you scheduled refill customer or a will call. Since I am a will call, who pays for a rental, at exhaustive prices, you will be on the back burner last in line. The funny thing is I often see the drivers and several propane trucks sitting at the local office, so they have the equipment and people.
