  in previous years they were fine, until they swapped out our tank for a bigger one without our permission then charged us for it. we paid it anyway, we have the price guarantee that involves courtesy checks/fills. previous years they came out once a month to check us in the cooler months. after the change of the tanks we never seen them until we ran out of propane, then acted like they weren't going to come out until the follow week. Communication with them is ridiculous and everyone there seems bothered by your phone call, potentially rude even. I called them about the $1000+ bill they left after we ran out and asked for some help with the bill. I understand that I could/should've checked the tank level but they're supposed to do courtesy checks. Wasn't asking for free but a little break since it was 50/50 fault but was still expected to pay full price.

  Friendly, filled a lot of propane tanks prior to the snow storm. Can be slow on deliveries (2+ weeks). I would recommend calling with a 3 weeks buffer of propane and not worry about being under 30% as they request.

  Mike came out to the house today along with another technician. Very nice men, Mike insured my system was up and running prior to leaving, that is superior customer service. Becky, she is the lady I talked to when I placed my order. I was out of fuel, the roads were bad, her trucks were grounded due to weather. No worries she said, she called her husband and he brought me two space heaters. Her husband said when you get your gas, bless someone else with these. Goodness is still alive in America, let your light shine just like Mike and Becky, be kind, be helpful to those in need. This is the day the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it. Charles K.

  I was given dates that I was supposed to get a delivery, they didn't come. During this coldest winter, I ran out. This is the second time. I called a week and a half ago and the manager lady was so rude, I don't see how she stays in business. I still haven't got my gas. Changing companies and calling Better Business Bureau. I would give zero stars if I could.
