When it could not be repaired, they recommended a more efficient and economical solution, we are really happy with. We will certainly buy another one of these units for our shop when the time comes. These guys are friendly, informative and made sure we knew how our new heater worked before they left. We bought our fireplace at Lowe's. We will now go to Farmers, where what you buy can be serviced and parts readily available. Thank ypuĺ
