  There aren't any signs telling you where or what to do. Considering its been a long time since the last time coming here. There was a guy by the Nonferrous Metal was very rude and acted like having customers was an inconvenience to him. But thankfully another gentleman, very nice and respectful came out and showed us what and where we needed to go and finish up. After he came out it was quick and we got out and it was pleasant. According to the one we inconvenienced he didnt care about the review. Personally if I had to deal with him again I would leave and not return. Hes the long-haired guy with the long ponytail. Kindness and respect goes a long way. Customer service is key to keeping places open even if you dont feel like working or helping people that day. A smile goes a long way. Great work to the nice gentleman who helped us today. 10/10 for you young sir.

  Today was my first time selling copper at Scrap Management Industries. I looked and felt extremely out of place. Despite being thoroughly lost and ignorant, Tristan, Sean and Jordan were professional and walked me through the process without being condescending. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you.
