  Called and spoke with Angie. Absolutely horrible customer service. Had questions regarding the tank at a house we are purchasing. Once close on house we will be calling Murphy to remove their tank and going with someone else. You can thank Angie for the lose of this business.

  Dec. 12 had a snowstorm (4") and I checked the tank because the furnace has been running a lot lately. 2% in the tank!!! Called Murphy's and the office said they were really swamped but would get out as soon as they can, and they had trucks sliding in the ditches. So lo and behold the truck came 1/2 hour later!! My prayer was answered!

  We installed a lp furnace, from the first call they have been great, called them this morning because we were running low on lp they said it could be tomorrow witch is unstable with the cod weather but they came today and filled our tank. Thanks for the great service.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Here’s what happened: I have two 100-pound propane tanks that run my gas stove and dryer. The regulator that they originally installed started leaking, and I lost an entire tank of propane before I even realized there was an issue. I called to report the problem—not asking for reimbursement, not complaining—just asking them to fill both tanks and replace the leaking regulator. They came out, filled the tanks, turned one of them on, and left while I was at work. When I got home, I discovered they had left the valve open, dumping propane into the air. I called again the next day and explained what happened. They apologized for the “misunderstanding” and eventually returned to replace the regulator. Again, I didn’t argue or complain. I then called and paid for the propane that was delivered. I still didn’t ask for reimbursement for any of the propane that had leaked due to their mistakes. So imagine my surprise when I later received a bill for the cost of the regulator and a service call to replace it—despite the fact that the regulator was their equipment from the original installation, which I never paid for in the first place. Over the next 1.5–2 months, I tried calling their office repeatedly and could not reach anyone. Then one day I came home from work to find a note on my door saying they had retrieved both propane tanks and removed the regulator due to an “unpaid invoice.” This was after I had already paid for the propane delivery and had been actively trying to reach them to clear up the bogus charges.
