So happy to have found this company! Working with them was a pleasure. Their turn around time was quick, their communication is great, they are incredible at sharing information and their price is fair.
I had wasp nest in my compost bin and clearly did not want any poisons put into that, since I use the compost for my vegetable garden. The jellowjackets had to be removed, as throwing compost into my bin became dangerous for me - got stung 3 times and had pretty bad reaction the 1st time.
Justin (their wasp specialist) taught me how important these insects (wasps and hornets) are for pollination. He was able to remove the jellowjackets alive with the nest, and will relocate them away from people. What a blessing!
If you are ever not sure what to do with bees, wasps, hornets, give them a call. They will find a solution that is mutually beneficial for you and the insects.

Yellow jackets decided to build a nest in the wall of my garage via an exposed opening behind an outside light. After trying to deal with the problem myself to no avail (and getting stung), I called City Bee Savers. Every single person with whom I spoke was extremely kind and personable. Justin came out within a couple days and was extremely knowledgeable about bees and wasps, even giving mini-lesson in wasp behavior to my two young kids using the tube of vacuumed wasps. He let me know that if the problem persisted, they would come out to reservice free of charge. Unfortunately, after an initial dip in activity, the number of wasps did rebound. I called, and as promised, Justin came right back out and treated it again. The nest has been silent since! Cannot recommend City Bee Savers enough!
