  Pulled in on Saturday, just like their info says — 24/7. Well, apparently “24/7” here means except when we feel like it. Place was completely shut down, not a soul around. I called — got their voicemail. Nobody bothered to call back. Came back Monday morning, full of hope… only to be greeted by the most charming gentleman on a forklift — the kind that’s never been introduced to basic manners, let alone “hello.” Maybe my accent offended him. Or maybe his wife didn’t fulfill her marital duties. Hard to say. Either way, I ended up with wasted time on Saturday and a ruined Monday morning mood. Five stars… if we’re rating bad attitudes. 👍

  had a customer in big trouble chasing down a critical dock part. thankfully made contact with Gina. she found the part, confirmed its location, shipped the part overnite making sure tracking numbers were available and accurate. learned this was not her usual responsibility, but she got it done with an assist from her supervisor, Aaron. that epitomizes customer service, even when its not your specific task, listening to and understanding the issue, advocating on behalf of the customer, and resolving it well despite official policy is truly stellar customer service. Gina deserves recognition for above and beyond service, and while you are at it, give her a nice spiff!!!
