Their communication was excellent and they found a solution faster than I expected (less than 24 hours). They have a team of great people and should be very proud of their work as this was hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Their team frequently reaches out to introduce products and coordinate lunch-and-learn sessions, which initially gave us a positive impression. We recently purchased their product at a conference with the expectation of continued support. Unfortunately, our experience with our territory manager, Erica Beh, has been very frustrating. While she initiates communication via email, there is a consistent lack of follow-through. Responses are nonexistent, and attempts to continue the conversation go unanswered. We have been trying to schedule a lunch-and-learn since December 2025, with no success due to this lack of communication. This level of service does not meet expectations, especially after making a purchase and showing interest in further engagement.

Satisfaction Guarantee on thier website is a lie, they refuse responsibility even if purchased from approved reseller, Amazon. Amazon only gives 30 days to return, shame on me for ordering 1.5 months earlier than I needed it. First they said the formula had not changed, then after research, she said yes they got new vendor and added one new ingredient, except the ingredients are the same when I compared to old package I had. Lies upon lies.
