- JAJake AndersonApr 5, 20155.0I came in looking for information on the Bosch High Pressure pump on my lb7 Duramax. Being an engineer, I am used to looking at prints and technical information. I called around to several shops across the country, no one was willing to give me a break down of the CP3 unit. As a last resort I tried some local shops, these guys were more than happy to get me the breakdown of the pump. Upon arrival they had an exploded view, complete with a part number list. They backed up this information with the words "we can order all of these parts individually if you have any major issues." Everything came apart pretty well, upon reassembly I broke off one of the torx bolts in the port block. In trying to source this particular bolt, I came to realize that these are specifically designed for use in this CP3 pump. After stopping at 4 or 5 places, I swung through their place to see if they had a couple for sale. Dave ran around the shop for a few mins and was able to find 6 bolts with the same specs. Dave handed them to me at no charge. He asked me to come back if any other issues arised. Great crew! They will be my GO TO DIESEL SHOP!
