    I drove an hour to personally meet with Cox team to produce a quote for a very simple design railing using metal they confirmed is in stock, I was informed that it would take 1.5days to get a quote, it has been over 2 weeks and every time I call they claim they are still working on it! I know when something does not add up, I am a contractor. If the project is too small for them to make money on, I wish they would just tell me.

    As a professional builder, I requested a metal fabricated railing quote from this company. I was promised a timely estimate. After waiting for a week I inquired about the estimate. Having been in the industry and knowing going rates for metal railing fabrication costs, I received an informal quote of 4 times what a cost ballpark should be. Overall this experience was a waste of time and this company is not behaving in a professional manner. I would strongly advise to take your business elsewhere.
