- DCDerek CNov 17, 20251.0Believe the low rating reviews: RED FLAG: I called a plumber to inspect a water leak. They quoted $400. Two people came. They didn't find the water leak and suspected a general area where the leak is; since two people came, they charged $900 total. (Rip off!) They left without finding the actual leak and didn't provide a plumbing report. They also said they would call for the scheduling of next time to fix but they didn't. I had to call Diamond head plumbing for the report too. I eventually got an evaluation from another plumber and was quoted $250-300 for inspection. When I showed him the report from DHP, he said the report was not comprehensive. BEWARE: overly expensive with poor service. To Diamond Head Plumbing’s response: the reservation wasn’t under my name, but it happened to my family. We hired 1 plumber , and he found the leak and fixed it same day. Cost was $800. Please improve your business practices. I won’t be calling you.

- ABAngelo B.Jun 1, 20185.0Highly Recommend. Clean, Prompt, Professional, Fair pricing, nice people. Leaking faucet required replacement, non-reparable. Warren was the tech that showed up, looked at problem and explained best options considering our sinks design, and best way to save money on the repair. I purchased a faucet set that I liked at H.Depot and Warren returned to do the install a few days later. There were a few unforeseen issues that he trouble shot in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. On top of being a very nice guy, Warren is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! When the job was finished he left the premises spotless as if he had never been there. ~~~Thank you Warren!
