- JGJoshua GJan 11, 20251.0Worthless Company!!!!!! Driver came to deliver early morning did not deliver. The only way I knew this was when I checked the tank amount, I was at 20% when ordered, then down to 15% been very cold. My wife called and I was standing by on speaker phone when they claimed that the driver couldn’t deliver because our cars were in the way. Oddly enough, we were in the house, could have moved the cars, and the driver was too lazy to knock on the door! He must not have even gotten of the truck because my Ring Doorbell wasn’t even tripped. I had already pre-paid and this was day two without delivery!! The individual on the phone claimed they had too many tickets to fill and defended the driver for his uselessness!! Well, yesterday it started snowing and dropping ice, called the emergency number and wasn’t nice to the fella who answered, but he was a cool dude and I apologized. Spoke with I’m assuming the owner, Ray, and told him to get his trash tank off my property!! Never apologized, didn’t try to make anything right, and once again defended that useless driver!!! Definitely not a way to do business and I’m still waiting on a refund!!!! Trash people!!!! Trash company!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I also have 4 people in my home that have to stay warm!!!

We didn't think that no rush meant we would never get the tank or propane. As a matter of fact, we finally got a call two weeks ago that the tank and propane would be here by the end of LAST week. Nope. So my husband went by to check and they have no idea when they can get the propane out to us. Can we go ahead and pay for it? No. Never mind Tugalo Gas. I called Toccoa Service Gas yesterday and guess what! I have a tank, propane, and a working stove now. I will not be calling you guys again. You have lost a customer.
