  They are always kind and when we couldn’t afford the bulk price they worked with us where we could make monthly payments. Also they have a monitor device on our tank so they can see when we need more propane we don’t have to check to see the tank needs more they take care of it for us. Also if we aren’t home they still fills it up for us and just leaves the bill on the door for us. Last but not least is during the cold weather prediction they made sure to fill our tank up for us so we could keep our family warm. Thank you Donny propane for all your hard work.

  After being a customer of Donny’s Propane Company for nearly a decade, I am beyond disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism I have recently experienced. They advertise themselves as a “family owned” business, but their actions reflect anything but care, consistency, or accountability. In early January, I had a propane leak and was forced to call the fire department because of the danger. When I contacted Donny’s on a Saturday, I was told it would cost over $600 for emergency service. I had no choice but to decline, and then I was informed they could not come out until Wednesday because that’s when they service my area (Juliette). That alone is concerning when dealing with a gas leak. I specifically requested a call before they arrived because someone had to be home. Instead, I drove 45 minutes home from work only to find out the driver had been told to simply fill the tank and was unaware that a safety check was needed. After waiting about 30 minutes, he said someone else would have to come back out and he didn’t know when. I had already spent nearly $400 and now had to return to work, only to be called later that they were finally coming back. I again had to leave work and drive another 45 minutes, missing nearly an entire day of pay. They claimed they fixed a furnace leak and that everything was fine on January 7, 2026. Fast forward to January 26, 2026, my tank is already down to 20%. I live in a very small home, and there is absolutely no way I have used that much propane in 19 days. When I called to express concern, I was told that because I only received 100 gallons, my tank would have been at 40%, meaning I supposedly used half already. That explanation is unacceptable and insulting. The lack of compassion, poor communication, and constant runaround finally pushed me to contact another propane company just to get basic concern and assistance. It is extremely disheartening that after almost ten years of loyalty, this is how I was treated. I will no longer be doing business with Donny’s Propane Company, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
