  Did not use this company but one of their trucks came down our road and put big ruts in yard. When we called he first claimed didn't have a red truck until we sent him pictures said he would fix it but a week later still not done

  Very happy with the prompt and efficient service I received from Carter's to get my tank pumped out. Also had a new tank cover/lid installed that extends up to ground level to allow access to the tank without having to dig down to the tank. Josh and Adrian did a fine job. Very nice young men and a pleasure to talk to.

  DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They tried to scam my elderly grandfather today. He called them out to his house because a sink was backing up. After looking around the house, the Carter's Environmental employees told him that there was 1.5' of sewage in his basement and it would cost $2,000 to fix everything. There was zero sewage in the basement.
