The delivery driver is awesome. 2 years ago Evergreen put in a tankless water heater for us. Great experience. Great product. Better prices on gas and service than some other companies.
- NKNick KrichbaumFeb 20, 20251.0The heavy set guy with glasses is very short tempered and non helpful. I had an issue with a tank that I got filled there operating a propane heater heater. I never said anybody did anything wrong or anything just was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I’m not the propane expert. Brought the propane tank in question back up there, and all he was concerned about was covering his own ass. Any other questions he told me I was not listening and would not listen to anything else I had to say. He talked to me like I was a stepchild, and turned away, walked inside, and threw his hands up in the air. I was only trying to figure out what I needed to do. That was it? I had questions they did not get answered.. Instead, I had to deal with the guy that was getting frustrated over a customer that was trying to figure something out not blame anyone for anything. Will not go there again do not recommend going there if you have questions
