  Delivery driver was very rude and placed the equipment where it could not be used, asked for dock high delivery for a warehouse and he put it in the truck court, when approached he said he did not have time to put it up in the warehouse and left, leaving me with no way to get it to the jobsite, I had to call the office and demand they send him back, he returned, very angry, and within 5 minutes he had it placed where it was supposed to be in the first place. If I am paying you to deliver then it should be a good experience and placed where I need it for the job we are performing, especially since delivery is so expensive. Not satisfied with experience at all and not the first time this has happened, hours of lost time on job equals lost revenue for my business, not acceptable!

  This is how I received this trowel machine. Concrete all over the blades. And blades put on backwards. Blades are now junk. Of course they don't have new one or a different machine. after replaceling the blades the we bought. I had to fix the throttle cable. After fixing the throttle. Had to fix the quick pitch so it worked properly. It's never been greased. Thanks United
