First time dropping off scrap metal (hurricane shutters), so we didn’t know what to expect or how things worked. It was quick, organized, and seamless. They quoted a price over the phone, and communication was clear and friendly. We were there all of 5 minutes, cashed out, and left. 10 minutes later, Liberty called because they accidentally underpaid us. They immediately rectified it, and we would never have known if they hadn’t called. This type of honesty is practically nonexistent today. We will be customers for life based on this one experience. Thank you, Liberty, for the honest and respectful way you treat customers!
