  Absolute horrible customer service! We have had this company for three years called them the week before Christmas to let them know our tank was at 10%. It should have been filled the beginning of December but they forgot to come fill it and told us they would not be coming until the next week, now here we are the day after Christmas and our tank is completely empty. We have no hot water, cannot cook anything or dry clothes and now they are closed for the next two days. So since they forgot to come fill our tank during the Christmas holiday, our family is going without gas!

  They were supposed to come out over two weeks ago to fill our tank. It ran out Friday night. This isn't the first time they were supposed to come out and didn't. They never come when they are supposed to.

  Called about a disfunctional gas fireplace. Received a quote and assurance to have it fixed. In the process I had to order an expensive part and was assigned to a technician who had no idea what he was doing, clicking overtime without informing me and sitting in my house looking at the fireplace hoping for an epiphany. Fireplace was functioning for 1 day until I found out the two (2) gas bottles were empty/leaking and my house was practically a fire hazard. Russell at Coker claimed that they did everything right - paid $1.500 more than the quote for a dangerous fire place not working. Definitely not a company to recommend. I guess they only stay in business because they are the only provider around. -100 points of 0-100! My recommendation: stay away from this place as far as possible!

  I must admit, there was an issue with initial appointment. That being said, they handled 100% correctly, took care of things, made it right and were professional the entire time. Miscommunication happens, how you handle speaks volumes. I would recommend without hesitation. Technician arrived exactly on time, was friendly and professional and completed service exactly as expected. I recommend whole heartedly.
