No free estimates. Must pay $99 and get back If hire the job. If they are the highest estimate I just wasted $99. Will not hire..
--After reading owners ORIGINAL REPLY SENT TO MY EMAIL (see attached) , WOW! Let me be specific. They wanted to charge $99 to ESTIMATE A NEW SYSTEM, not a repair. I was CLEAR that this was a new install and NOT a repair. Please note Owners reply below is NOT the same as is attached and is toned down quite a bit!
Is this a correct comment, do you charge $99 for an estimate with this amount credited IF you get the job?

They do great work. They fix issues and their prices are reasonable
The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The office manager said that they would give me deal on my bill and that didn't happen. They claim they were at my home for 7 hours. No they were their only 4. And that is what i was billed.
I have no issues paying my bill. I just don't want ro be told something and that doesn't happen
Edit to add. I couldn't pay the bill after the technican was done. The office manager said the paperwork was being looked at by the owner to make sure i would get a deal and the bill would be fair. He used the word deal. I was expecting a discount off the bill.
Your compnay should honor what your office manager is telling customers. In addition your company should either give me refund off the bill of at least 25% or a credit for future services

SprinklerWorks is the irrigation subcontractor to our HOA Lawn Maintenance contractor. I have worked closely with both management and technicians and have found their responsiveness, technical expertise, and work ethic to be superior. I feel that I can rely on their judgement to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Unlike many contractors in lawn maintenance, supervisory management is available and often on-site to ensure quality work as well as help solve problems and keep our system running as designed.
Have used Arrow Environmental since 1996 on multiple properties. They are now referring irrigation to this company. Tried to schedule appt as I have bought another home and need to set up regular irrigation service and maintenance. I let them know I was a long time and loyal client however the gentlemen was only willing to schedule a future appt no later than 2pm and couldn’t get anyone to my location (in Ellenton) until 8:30am at the earliest. When I asked if we could have last of the day as my husband works in SRQ and could be here by 4pm. Omg you would have thought I asked him to send someone on a Sunday morning. His reply and I quote, “I can’t have my guys here past 5 O clock - that just won’t work”. (And I told him we were in no hurry so anytime few weeks even would be fine.) Nope 8:30 was the earliest and 2pm the latest. He wasn’t even pleasant about it - he seemed completely put out that I could possibly ask for such a thing... What service provider doesn’t have early appointments or later ones for those of us that work. I was completely surprised by this lack of customer service and have told Arrow of my experience. I called back to ask if they have anyone else they could refer and they have no other referral options as this is a sister company. Well too bad really as they have all lost my future business. It’s a shame to lose clients that have been loyal for so long.
My new irrigation company was here at 6pm tonight measured up all our changes, our pump repair is scheduled and will be putting in the new lines in a few weeks. And they called when they were going to be 15 minutes late. Hope Sprinkler Works steps up their game or maybe they just need a new front man on the phones... nonetheless they have lost our business.

Run run as far away from this company. There is more honest companies to work with. Even after paying David Johnson the owner he is still harassing me for more money even though he and his company never gave me a estimate of cost after repeated attempts on my part. Save yourselves some grief and do not do business with David Johnson or his company . He will harass you even after the courts final judgement. He has been harassing me for almost 4 years. I wish I could give minus stars.
Pay attention to owners response he says the same thing in each one.
