She even came to the fabrication area to check on the progress of my order. Because I traveled a significant distance, the fabricated my pieces while I waited so I would not have to return the next day. The fabricator did an excellent job. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience.

He didn’t seem helpful to me and I guess to him I seemed like a nuisance trying to get help with a project. I guess before you call these folks you better know EXACTLY what you want and give them time to get their COFFEE & breakfast or else you might get the phone slammed down on your ear the same way I did. I’ll go somewhere else to do business this time. There are surely nicer people to work with. They seem like they got plenty business at this place & don’t have time for questions! It’s really SAD to see so many small businesses in America today with such a crappy attitudes. They wonder why they dry up & go away eventually or never grow beyond a certain size! Could running off new customers have something to do with it??? I think so. If you do try them maybe you’ll have a different experience.
