- CLCHRISTOPHER LANCASTERJun 5, 20251.0Lee is a disaster to deal with, and their product completely ruined a set of doors and a job site experience for my most high valued client. The masking liquid literally never came off after following product data sheets to a tee. I am happy to potentially remove this review if they can respond to my settlement claim, but right now I am irate at their product and Lee. It caused $2000 in un needed labour, $7000 held back from the client, and a high valued relationship. He has the audacity to say it wasn’t a failure. As a former product rep in a large company and veteran of the painting industry, this was a failure. Shame on you Lee, I will continue to reach out until you can take some responsibility. Your product nearly sunk my business.
- BVBryam VillarrealSep 23, 20231.0Compré el producto Masking Liquid H20, aplique el producto en las ventanas pinte las ventanas y al al día siguiente cuando estaba removiendo el producto algunas ventanas se empezaron a agretear y el vidrio explotaba. El primer día se dañaron 3, al día siguiente se daño otra y tres días después se dañaron 2 más. Desde Sherwin Williams hicieron un reporte, se comunicaron con esta compañía, el supervisor no daba respuesta, luego yo llame directamente expliqué la situación quedaron en devolverme la llamada durante el día, lo cual no fue así pasaron dos Dias los volví a llamar, ellos dicen que su producto nunca presentó ese problema, su respuesta fue que yo no debí pagarle el daño de las ventanas a la dueña de la casa, que yo debí irme y que la dueña resolviera con el seguro de la casa, es la respuesta más poca profesional y una falta de respeto por parte de estas personas. Dicen tener 30 años en el mercado pero de profesionales y responsable no tienen nada! La mujer que atendió la llamada me dijo que si yo quería que ellos pagaran algo que me tenía que FAJAR con la aseguradora de ellos! No tienen ningún tipo de responsabilidad y no son profesionales. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido reclamando un problema! Atención fatal, irrespetuoso a la propiedad ajena. Incentivando me a que dejará las ventanas dañadas y no pagará nada! Y poniendo como excusa que en la zona de Windermere han habido tormentas y quizás las ventanas estaban debilitadas. Son irrespetuosos, irresponsables y poco profesionales. Mucho cuidado con este tipo de compañías! Muy mal todo!!!!!
