  I service and install these machines. Great company to work with both for the owners and service techs. Had an issue recently with a 8,000lbs-per-day machine that I installed a few years ago. John was very helpful discussing the problem and getting the part shipped that same day. If you need serious ice production with minimal or no downtime, the Arctic Temp machines manufactured by Holiday Ice are the way to go.

  Purchasing and Install was straight forward, at start up found leak on factory side of unit. Honestly looked like result of shipping. But Holiday Ice was responsive and accommodating for Material and labor to make repairs. Unit as been operating smoothly 24/7 last 5years. I find theses units are designed well for service and easy to work on.

  I have been dealing with this company for 13 years. They have always been very knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. I run 7 of the Arctic Temp ice makers with 24/7 with very minimal maintenance. Great product and company.
