  Outstanding Service Call We recently broke our cooktop and needed to have a new one installed. The entire installation experience exceed my family’s expectations. Setting up the service appointment with Amy was a breeze. There was communication from Discount Propane to remind me of the appointment and to let me know that the service tech was on the way. They sent a service expert named Steven. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to be sure the cooktop was safely installed and functioning properly. Prior to Discount Propane coming out, a rep from the cooktop’s manufacturer arrived to repair a malfunctioning knob on our replacement cooktop. That rep arrived unannounced and it was obvious that he didn’t want to work. He turned the knob a few times and didn’t resolve the issue. He said he didn’t know when he would receive the needed part or be able return. He pointed out how hard and involved it was going to be to replace the part. Fortunately for us, Steven (the Discount Propane service expert) recognized that the issue was due to a bent part. He straightened it out and the knob works fine. The service from the manufacturer left us feeling annoyed and deflated. The service with Discount Propane was impressive and left us feeling grateful that we use them for all of our propane needs. Thank to the Discount Propane team for reminding us that there are businesses that truly care about their customers!

  My mom had to have a gas shut off valve installed for her cooktop stove, and Steve showed up right on time. He was efficient, very friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole job was finished in about 30 minutes, and he even went the extra mile by removing the old cooktop for her, which she really appreciated! Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. We would definitely recommend Discount Propane for their professionalism and great customer service!

  Dallas came out for a simple leveling service call after I had an irrigation pipe break underneath the tank. He got the tank lifted quickly, and was patient while I repaired the irrigation pipe. Dallas offered professional guidance on making that job, and future jobs easier. The guy was a class act.

  Very unprofessional company. They were subcontracted to connect my generac. They’ve been scheduled 3 times since September and each time show up hours late and realize “it was a bigger job than anticipated and they need more time.” The job is still not complete. Every reschedule is at least a month. They have not respected my time or property. They damaged my flooring. I will not be allowing them back in my home.
