No, in most municipalities you do not need to pull a permit.

Yes, forestry mulching is safe. However, one should always stay 300 feet away from the machines during operation.
How much does forestry mulching cost?
Every property is different. However, the price may range between $2000 and $3500 per acre.
Does forestry mulching hurt the environment?
Not at all, forestry mulching is actually an environmental service. It is used by many, as an alternative to prescribed burning.

Yes, forestry mulching benefits the environment by reducing disease and mold propagation among plants and trees, preventing wild fires, and restoring the water table. There are many other benefits to forestry mulching.

We service all of Florida.
Does forestry mulching remove the roots?
No, forestry mulching goes down to grade. The roots remain intact. To remove roots, we recommend you root rake as well.
How long does forestry mulching last?
It will last as long as you maintain it? Small saplings will attempt to grow back, but you will easily manage those with your riding mower.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes, we accept cash, card, and checks.
Can you work on lakefronts?
Yes, our top of the line equipment has the lowest PSI ground impact; which allows us to go into soft ground with little to no visible rutting.
What size trees can you mulch with your machines?
We typically mulch up 6-8" diameter trees, but can take down much larger trees if needed.
Can you mulch palmettos?
Yes, our equipment does well with palmettos.
How many acres can you mulch in a day?
Depending on how dense the property is, each machine can mulch between 2 to 4 acres in a day.
How long will it take to mulch my one acre lot?
Using a single machine, a one acre lot may take up to 4 hours. This depends greatly on what the neighboring lots are like. If your neighbors have homes or property within range, this could delay our operators; as we try to be mindful of personal property.
Will you work on lots under an acre?
Yes we do! The smallest job we have done was a 60x80 area cut out behind someone's back yard. It literally took us 30 minutes to complete.
Will you cut a deal for multiple acres?
Yes, we often give special pricing on larger jobs! Call or message us with your property info!
I have larger trees I would like removed. Can you get rid of those too?
Yes, we also get rid of larger trees. The process for those is a little bit different, but we enjoy doing that work as well.
I like the way forestry mulching looks, but I need to clear my entire property. Will you do a full land clearing of my property?
The answer is YES! We do complete and total land clearing when our customer requires it!
I don't have a survey, are you able to accurately mulch within the property lines?
Yes, our operators use advanced GPS technology that outlines the property boundaries. In fact, many customers hire us prior to getting a survey done.
Can I save money on a survey by hiring you to thin my wooded lot?
I can't speak for the survey company, but it certainly makes their job easier!
I have wildlife on my property, will this hurt them at all?
No, our operators are very mindful of Florida wildlife! In fact, now you will be able to see them clearly!
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! You can get paid for referring your friends and neighbors to us! If they hire us, you can get paid a up to $100 per acre!
Are you hiring?
We are always searching for great people to add to our crews! If you are a skilled welder, diesel mechanic, operator, CDL driver or have experience in sales and estimating; please send us your resume!
Do you work on weekeds?
We value time with our families, so we rarely work weekends; but when we do, it is on Sundays!
Do you offer financing?
In fact we do! Our financing partners can have you a credit approval in under 20 minutes in most cases!
My credit is not very strong, and I don't have much money. Can you help me get approved for financing for my forestry mulching project?
We have a 3rd party that has worked with many of our clients with great success, just ask us how!
Will forestry mulching raise my property value?
Yes, it may raise the value of the entire neighborhood!
