  I called AJ Pump and Well this morning because my water wasn’t working, and they told me to wait a few hours since it was likely just my well frozen. That alone meant a lot because they weren’t trying to rush out for a service call or take my money. They genuinely wanted to help. Sure enough, a few hours later my water started working again. I literally saved myself a few hundred dollars just because I called the right company and got honest advice. It was so refreshing dealing with a business that actually cares instead of immediately looking for a payday. I truly hope I never have issues with my well or pump, but if I do, they’ve absolutely earned my business and my trust. Highly recommend.

  Amazing company, Joey is awesome! Very responsive and came back to back days to take care of us, I could not have asked for a better experience in a frustrating situation! Thank you for all your help and communication to get us repaired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Have not used them yet, when I called, I was told that charge a $65.00 fee for an evaluation, basically a fee to get a quote.

  AJ Sprinkler and Pump Service consistently exceeded my expectations. Their positive attitude and determination are truly commendable. On the first day, they assured me that they would remain until I had access to water. Their professionalism was exceptional, especially considering that they arrived on a holiday. The owner and his team deserve special recognition for their unwavering commitment. I am not typically one to write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to recognize their determination to complete this job and ensure my family had access to water. Therefore, I extend my utmost respect to AJ Sprinkler and Pump Service. If anyone ever asks me if I know anyone who does excellent work without giving a second thought, AJ’s name will be the first that comes to mind.
