The owner, Paul, gave me a full tutorial of how to select the appropriate supplies and how to use them. With his plumbing background, Paul explained the system succinctly and in layman terms. NEVER would I have received this individual attention at a big box store. We are very proud that we completed our project and are confident we can adjust our system as needed. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, professional or homeowner. Paul and Josh were kind, patient, professional, and accurate in helping us select our supplies.
