Service department scam! Poor service came from a service tech here. Asked for a $600 check up front and said I needed to write it before work was EVEN done to my heating system. Magically when my husband came from work, the service tech didn't need the money, and all of the sudden what he was going to originally replace wasn't as important as a cracked heading in the heating system. EDIT: my husband was the one who told him to stop all work because we didn't need an ignition switch fixed, we knew our old furnace needed to be replaced. We didn't want any new services and we requested to have a quote for a replacement as the safety issues we wanted addressed were misunderstood by the technician. My husband told him if he had started it up my home could have caught fire.So we requested he got lost and my husband saved us all. The protocalls and manners of the service tech was like the jiffy lube of oil changes, the mcdonalds of fast food! TRASH! All the service tech said was it needed an igniter, poor communication and service to only have the tech rip open my old heating tank leave it undone and in time for the holidays! Happy valentines day, this disabled mom with children are living off of space heaters until I find someone with a half a brain that works! Upon telling the service tech manager he said he couldnt help any further and he was booked out weeks. He mentioned all my claims were a misunderstanding. Sounds to me like a lot of cover up for a geriatric worker who cant get fired! DONT USE THEIR SERVICES, CONSIDER YOURSELVES WARNED!

I would stay away from this company. They charge the highest prices in the area but don't back it up with customer service. I've been a customer for nearly 5 years. Always paid in full before delivery. Always tipped the driver $20. Always made sure there was a clear and easy path for the driver.
In the end it all means nothing. My wife forgot to order oil at the time we normally do so we ran low. I prepaid for 150 gallons on a Wednesday. On Thursday I got nervous that we wouldn't make it through the weekend. I gave them a call and was immediately met with complete indifference. The guy I spoke to seemed to find glee in the fact that I couldn't get oil and ensured me that no other company would deliver it to me before the weekend. I used to dispatch trucks for a living so I understand the job well. I get it if it wasn't possible but it was the attitude of the person on the phone that was surprising.
The drivers were always very nice so I wouldn't put this on them if course. It is just another example of how our society has degraded. Too many people no longer care about their neighbors or community. You would think a local small business would be better, but nope.
My wife called another company and explained the situation. They got me squeezed in for a delivery tomorrow. at least there are still some decent people out there. they are hard to find.
