I make sure to purchase a yearly service contract to keep the furnace running in peak condition, and any time a problem has come up, the service technicians are quick to return a call and, when necessary, to come out to the house to get the furnace up and running. I have used South Britain Oil to replace a very old furnace with a new one, and included an on-demand water system that has kept the entire house in hot water no matter how many visitors have been over. Even in times of cold when many customers may be in need, they have always been keen to keep customers informed and to provide assistance as quickly as is possible for the conditions.
