- RCRich CarabilloJan 4, 20171.0Customer service??? Call some one else. It doesn't exist here even if you are a previous customer. They try to set you up for emergency service days ahead and charge outrageously for it. I went to another local company and what a difference. I now use Cole out of Ellington, Ct. who appreciates the business not like Lavallee which is owned by a national company out of Texas.
- NYNadya YarishJul 8, 20151.0I call to the office and asked for the price to fix my garage door. Technician said between $175 and $225. But when they fixed they give me different price $425.00. Then I called them and I was very upset that they even didn’t call me and tell me that price will be different. I said I will not pay $425.00, because technician was working 30 min and they put labor time 1 ½ hour. At the end they give me $50.00 discount. I would not recommend the company and never use them again because they overcharging and they are not honest with the customer. DON’T USE LAVALLEE!!!!!!!!!!
