- SPSherry PerkinsOct 20, 20255.0Rick & crew are wonderful. We were having a lot of issues with our steam heating system last year (clanging, leaking, radiators not heating). Our old provider kept making it worse and I had been with them for 24 years. I called Potters. Rick and a service tech came out and within five minutes had the issues fixed and systems running insanely well. This year the tech came out to do a tune-up made one adjustment to one radiator (someone shut it off by accident) and every room is toasty warm, no leaks, no clangs! The office staff is so friendly and helpful, the delivery guys great! So happy we made the switch to Potter's Oil Service
