I understand that people go through things but learn to put your personal feelings aside and treat everyone with respect and care. Especially when the person is responding to a letter that YOU sent them.

Not only was the receptionist rude but also condescending. I get that they may deal with people that have no sense but when one does they still treat them like they're dumb or something. Then as the other employee has the copy of the receipt in his hands he asks "how much did you pay?" I tell him anyways but come on why ask if you're looking right at it?? What should've took maybe a few minutes turned into 10 min of feeling like "seriously why am I being asked so many questions?"
