  Dr. Ashton has been an incredible physician and support throughout my health journey. He initially helped me interpret my bloodwork and guided me with targeted nutrient support, but what truly sets him apart is his depth of insight and engagement. About a month after seeing him, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and his care was instrumental in my recovery. Today, I feel completely better. Dr. Ashton is deeply knowledgeable and clearly stays at the forefront of cutting-edge protocols as modern medicine continues to evolve. He cares about what matters to his patients and takes the time to truly understand the person in front of him. He is remarkably intuitive—often seeming to understand what’s going on before even beginning an exam. Beyond his expertise, he is warm, friendly, and fully present during appointments. I recommend Dr. Ashton wholeheartedly to friends and family and am grateful for the level of care and attention he provides.

  Dr. Ashton is great! He is so good at finding the root of any pain that I have and adjusting anything that is not in line. His holistic approach to chiropractics/nutrition has been a game changer for me and the supplements he suggested improved my gut health drastically. Definitely would recommend!
