  Called for an emergency service because our furnace stopped working and was concerned about the cold weather especially with a 1 year old child. Was waiting and waiting nobody showed up nobody called even after speaking to someone and they said we will let the on call tech know, I mean if your not gonna show up at least call to let the person know and say we can’t get anyone out there absolutely unprofessional.

  I am so please with the service, professionalism and overall experience. I first ordered oil from another company one town over and very very surprised at the attitude and disrespect. I taught about it and decided to look around and eventually read the reviews for Newgate Oil and decided to give them a call. Right away Rob was more that happy to talk about their services, discuss pricing and talk about promotions and delivery schedules. I ordered 500 gal and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this crew.

  Newgate ALWAYS delivers! I just bought a house and it seemed like everything would go wrong once a month with the boiler l. I've had great service andI know it will continue. I highly recommend Newgate!

  Very trustworthy consultation for my furnace problems. Rich had my interest at heart when he recommended I fix my old furnace on the cheap instead of replacing it. Down the line, when I inevitably did want to replace it, I used him simply because I trust him and his son. They did a great job!
