  Unprofessional employees, they treat customers as though they don’t need them. Disorganized, no accountability with their responsibility of scheduling and completing jobs. Super gross, go elsewhere.

  I’m a brand new customer and I have to say that Independent Propane has outstanding service. The front office crew are absolutely professional and patient with my lack of knowledge. They excelled at walking me through the set up process and bent over backwards to make a last minute delivery happen.

  These guys and gals are terrific. Had a couple of building-related issues and they made a point of being super accommodating in order to get my situation resolved. Bill is especially great to work with. Can't recommend them any higher.

  I've been using them for 12 years. They have always delivered on time and their driver even once discovered a dangerous propane leak in my house because there was a defective fitting inside a wall that started leaking several years after it was installed. They also have lower prices than the other local propane company.
