- JBJc bruneFeb 14, 20261.0I use these guys o multiple times, At first I thought they were good and honest. I had him fix a big cylinder on my backhoe. I discovered today the pin is falling out so I must buy a new retainer and washers before I can use it again they don’t just fall out and he’s the last one to work on it. Then I had him fix one of my outrigger hydraulics. One of the bolts were broke off on my pad, There was tools left on the machine I gave back on their next visit. charged more than a quoted by a lot..the third time I had them come out was to fix a coupler that the mechanic said he fixed when he did the outrigger so I already paid for one service call. His mechanic said the male coupler was fine on his second visit. Said he had the test on a video that it didn’t leak, but never would produce it. The next day it was dumping hydraulic fluid again he came back out put the male coupler on charge me a service fee each time to come out here. I was charged three service fees to fix a male and female coupler although one of the service fees was included with the outrigger rebuild. I would not recommend these guys. I definitely won’t use them again.

When I came the next day the owner was there and basically didn't want to help me because they didn't have time. I was on a tight schedule and came the day before personally to make sure that they can do that. Unfortunately I didn't have luck with this shop.

- JGJohn GerhardMar 18, 20215.0I had Pro Hydraulic rebuild cylinders for an antique tractor that are nearly 70 years old.. They have the most knowledgeable and friendly staff and were reasonably priced compared to other shops. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them.
