  Rented a mini-ex today and right off the trailer the track comes off. I was talked to as if I was stupid and was told I had to be doing turns on the pavement while narrowing the tracks for it to come off. After loosing hours on a loose track one of the seals on the hydraulic rams blows. I rushed it back in hoping for a solution as I am on a deadline on a job. I was told my money wouldn't be refunded and my ticket would be open for repairs. So I'm out a day of labor and $470 on a rental, plus another rental and now being charged to repair a worn out machine that was covered in old oil from leaks. The guy helping me made the comment that I should of inspected it better. Been coming here for years and won't any longer. Update: I was in possession

  Rented an engine hoist which happened to malfunction. I was in from out of town and needed to leave. I called to inform them and the owner personally came out with other equipment and helped me with the project. Absolutely great guy and customer service.
