Good service and helpful lab reports, and they referred me to some water sample collection technicians and water well companies that were super helpful.

My company has been a customer of this lab for a very long time but not anymore. Their compost analyst Assad or Assaf has been dishonest many times and doesn’t bother to tell us our samples were arriving cross contaminated in transit until we find out indirectly months later. Looking at the other compost they analyze and certify, it’s all full of micro trash (glass, paper, plastic, strings) despite their lab reports claiming that the compost is passing and free of contamination. I don’t think so.
