  I have found Susan at Soil Control Lab to be one of the most efficient and detailed customer service persons I have ever come into contact with. She is consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She is always willing to help and if needed, explain things in layman's terms. I enjoy speaking to her and I know that if I have a question she cannot answer, she will find someone to help me or she will call/email me back with an answer. I think Susan is just THE BEST! I think she's a valuable asset to this company too.
