- THThomas HyattAug 9, 20251.0My company has been a customer of this lab for a very long time but not anymore. Their compost analyst Assad or Assaf has been dishonest many times and doesn’t bother to tell us our samples were arriving cross contaminated in transit until we find out indirectly months later. Looking at the other compost they analyze and certify, it’s all full of micro trash (glass, paper, plastic, strings) despite their lab reports claiming that the compost is passing and free of contamination. I don’t think so.

She is consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She is always willing to help and if needed, explain things in layman's terms. I enjoy speaking to her and I know that if I have a question she cannot answer, she will find someone to help me or she will call/email me back with an answer. I think Susan is just THE BEST! I think she's a valuable asset to this company too.
