- DGDarien GuyJan 28, 20211.0My company had one of their repairmen out to replace the water pump on our forklift yesterday and today it is dumping oil all over the place. Seems like they did something to cause damage to the forklift necessitating costly repairs. When I called to find out what happened I had to leave a message for the "service manager". He didn't respond so I called back about 3 hours later. When I explained the issue to him about how it seemed a little strange to have this MAJOR issue with the forklift surface the day after they had their hands on it, he said, "Just bad luck I guess." Not only that but we found that the water pump pulley was barely holding on. The mechanic must have only put the bolts back on finger tight because it was very easy to remove them. Luckily we discovered this today while trying to figure out why the forklift was leaking oil so badly. Stay far away from this crooked company.

We could have provide all the information they needed for a proposal. Very unimpressed. A better explanation when a customer is calling in would be appropriate. Looking for another company.
