- SCScot C5 days ago1.0Called on a Monday for sales and was sent to VM. No reply. Called on Tuesday for sales, again left a VM expecting a callback. For good measure I also left a chat message on the ePlastics website for assistance. No replies, all three. So on Wednesday I went to the store location, thinking they were extremely busy. There were no other customers in the store when I was there. The person I interacted with was ambivalent about my presence. I decided to leave and find a more motivated supplier.

I need to get some plexiglass cut for my business and there was someone named Salvador there who was incredibly helpful and really knew everything about the glass and what works best with the lighting and what not for my business but anyways come to this place to get educated and more Lots of options to choose from

Why not just take the info and email us a quote? Exactly the service I expected calling a CA based company…

Have successfully ordered from them in the past, but most recently, I both called and left messages on the sales rep's voicemail box AND emailed and no response whatsoever. If they get back to me I'll update this review for another star, maybe two, but based on the other reviews, it seems incredibly clear that this place is being CONSISTENTLY mismanaged.
